We service Grenaa Diesel main engines, reduction gears and propeller plants worldwide. Fully backed-up by our factory’s technical expertise, machining capability and a well equipped spare parts stock our service department supplies a highly professional and flexible service.
 
Grenaa Diesel factory reconditioned engines and complete propulsion plants is a range of totally refurbished plants. These plants are second hand units which have been totally factory refurbished to the highest standard. They may be delivered with or without classification certificate and they are used for new ships as well as for engine exchange projects in existing ships. Grenaa Diesel factory reconditioned units are delivered with as new finish and with factory warranty. All Solas and IMO-requirements are naturally complied with. We are usually able to deliver within a very short lead-time.

Our organisation service and repair diesels of a variety of different makes. We are an authorised service partner of Ruston Diesels (today part of MAN Diesel) and our engineers have been comprehensively trained at the Ruston factory. A key client is the ferry operator Mols-Linien. Since the start of the fast ferry operation 15 years ago we have supplied a flexible and reliable service assistance to this demanding ferry operation.
 
Marine reduction gears and propeller plants
We offer a highly qualified engineering, manufacturing and service experience within repair of marine gearboxes and controllable pitch propeller systems. We hold large stocks of steel with classification society certificates for immediate manufacture of propeller shafts. We design, cast and machine white metal bearings at very short lead-time for any kind of application.
Further, we have developed a concept for high quality yet relatively low cost CP-propeller system reconditioning. We carry out all required design calculations and supply documentation for classification approval.
